Artisan Dome began last year with 20 women artisans in a small village in Odisha, India—rooted in a simple belief that traditional crafts deserve dignity, visibility, and fair livelihoods.

At the heart of our work is the revival of the age-old art of Sabai grass weaving, creating sustainable income opportunities for women artisans. By blending traditional craftsmanship with contemporary design sensibilities, we craft handmade, eco-friendly home décor that integrates beautifully into modern living.

We also celebrate and support other sustainable Indian art forms such as Pattachitra painting and Dhokra metal art—timeless crafts created using natural materials and ancestral techniques. Together, these crafts represent India’s rich artistic heritage and our commitment to preserving it through ethical, environmentally responsible practices.

Every Artisan Dome product is handcrafted using natural, biodegradable, or responsibly sourced materials, offering a conscious alternative to mass-produced décor. Each piece empowers artisans, keeps cultural traditions alive, and contributes to a lower environmental footprint.
